I'm a little torn about the league's decision to have Kobe play in the All-Star game.  I understand that they really want him to play to attract and please fans, but I also understand that giving rest to his finger is pretty important for the run to the playoffs.  So, I guess he'll play for a few minutes, make a couple shots or great passes, and then sit out.  He can't jam that finger anymore or else he WILL be out for surgery.

What should I say about the Fins?  The 2 good things happening this year are us getting ONE win and the Patriots getting ONE loss!  Do you guys know what the prognosis is for next year?  Are we going to get back to the .500 mark?

The Santana trade happened- we knew it was coming.  It really is too bad we didn't at least get one proven star in return, but in our farm system and with the competition for positions, we should be okay this year.  We signed our core players, so it'll be fun to see how we play this year.

Tough loss against Duke the other day.  It is tough to be banged up.  We are still in the hunt for the title, but need everyone to be healthy.
